Meet Day
A meet in Runsmith is a workspace, not a calendar entry. Set it up, run it live, and wrap it up — every step from the first course assignment to the exported results happens in one hub.
Every meet is a workspace: the Overview recaps results, podium finishes, and what's still missing, Courses holds what your team races, Roster who runs, and Results what happened — results flow into records and rankings from here.
Title, start date, and start time are all a meet needs to exist — everything else can be added from the meet page once it is created. Prefer to configure up front? Full setup walks through details, category-specific setup, and links in one sitting.
Scope the list to a season with the season filter, narrow by gender or the filter panel, or just type a name — the cards update as you go, across cross country, indoor, and outdoor alike.
All of it
Setup tasks for roster, details, links, and files are tracked as you complete them, and the hub recommends your next step.
While the meet is live, the meet hero rotates through team records and new PRs as results come in from the field.
When it's over, a recap reel cycles through participation, podium finishes, records set, and results still missing.
A badge on the hub counts the results still missing, and one click exports the full meet to Excel.
Scored meets show total team points and top scorers, each linking straight to the athlete's profile.
Build relay teams, assign legs, and record relay results — for track relays and cross country relay courses alike.
Assign courses per division and the meet overview swaps its event breakdown for a course breakdown automatically.
