Demo workspace
The Runsmith demo is not a video or a click-through. It is the real app, handed to you with a full program already inside it — three years of meets, results, and records, yours to open, sort, score, and break.
Takes an email and a password. No card, no team setup, no sales call.
What is in it
Every demo starts from the same seeded workspace, built from real high-school track programs and stripped of every identity. The dates move with you: the season is always mid-stride, with meets behind you and meets still to come.
Athletes
A full roster across grades 9 through 12, every one of them carrying results.
Meets
84 already run and scored, 15 still ahead — a season caught mid-stride.
Seasons
Three school years of cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track.
Marks
Recorded performances across 22 events, so records and PRs mean something on day one.
The dashboard opens on a program mid-season: the meets coming up, and a feed of what the team has actually been doing, filtered down to whatever you came looking for.
Open any of the 84 completed meets and the results are there — heats, placements, team points, the exports. This is the surface a demo is worth having for.
Athletes carry years of marks, so personal records, progression, and rankings all mean something the moment you look at them — and the roster is searchable down to a name.
Getting in
The demo lives inside a Runsmith account, so there is a sign-up in the way. After that it is two clicks and a wait.
The demo lives inside a real RunSmith account, so it needs an email and a password. Nothing else — no team details, no card.
RunSmith asks what kind of organization you are creating. Demo sits beside Club and School. Coming from this page it is already selected for you.
The workspace is built in the background — three years of a program is a lot to write. A status screen tracks it and drops you into the dashboard the moment it is ready.
The demo is one of the workspace kinds, so it is reachable from inside the app too. Open the workspace switcher in the header, choose View all, then Create Organization, and pick Demo. Opening it from here does the same thing in one click.
Open the demoHow long it lasts
A demo workspace runs for two weeks. When it expires you can create a fresh one, which starts the season over from the same seed. One demo per account: making a new one deletes the old one and everything you did in it.
Nothing you do in the demo touches a real team, and nothing in it is anyone's real data.
What is held back
The demo is editable: add meets, enter results, score them, edit the roster, run the season. Five actions are off, because they reach outside the sample workspace.
